Flourish Birth Preparation will prepare you for any turn your birth may take.
It is not only for and about 'natural' birth, but rather gives you the tools and knowledge to remain calm and to make informed decisions throughout your birth. The course recognises that the vast majority of women, if allowed, are able to birth their babies perfectly on their own. Sometimes, though, situations occur that require medical intervention and it is fantastic that we have these life-saving medical interventions available when they are needed! If anything, this course is even more important and more helpful if you do require medical intervention during your birth.Whether you have an induction, epidural, instrumental birth or anything else, this course will help you navigate your path with confidence.

The course also focuses on releasing fears around birth.
Women have been birthing babies forever, literally. We are so lucky to live in a time where we have access to medical intervention. Birthing is safer than ever, but yet, we have so much fear surrounding birth.
Many women dread labour, they are fearful of the pain and the unknown. Or perhaps, have already experienced a negative or traumatic birth experience.
This course will provide you the information and tools to release those fears around birthing and to trust your body to birth your baby.
